Shipping policy

At Reels and Wheels, we aim to get your order packed, dispatched, or ready for pickup as quickly as possible. This policy applies to online shop orders placed through our website.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Australia only.

Some products are held by Reels and Wheels, while other products may ship directly from one of our Australian warehouse or supplier locations.

Order Processing Times

Orders are usually processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Products marked as “Ships from warehouse” are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days, depending on supplier availability and warehouse processing times.

Products available for local pickup may be ready sooner. Where local pickup is available, we will notify you when your order is ready to collect.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for selected products.

If an item is available for pickup, this will be shown at checkout or on the product page. Pickup is only available once you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Please do not arrive to collect an order until you have received a pickup confirmation.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered, delivery location, and available shipping options.

Large, bulky, heavy, or oversized items may attract additional shipping charges. If there is an issue with the shipping cost shown at checkout, we will contact you before dispatching the order.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the carrier, warehouse dispatch time, and the type of product ordered.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier networks, supplier dispatch times, public holidays, regional delivery areas, or events outside our control.

We will do our best to keep you updated if we become aware of a significant delay.

Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in more than one shipment if products are supplied from different warehouses or locations.

If this happens, you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

Reels and Wheels is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Authority to Leave

Some deliveries may be left in a safe place if authority to leave is selected or permitted by the courier.

If you request authority to leave, the parcel may be left unattended at the nominated address. Please choose a secure delivery location where possible.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

We will work with you, the supplier, and/or the delivery carrier to resolve the issue.

Click & Collect, Workshop, and Hire Services

This shipping policy applies to online product orders.

Workshop services, bike repairs, hire items, kayak hire, e-bike hire, and other service-based bookings are not shipped. Pickup, drop-off, or delivery arrangements for these services will be confirmed separately where applicable.

Product Availability

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order is placed, especially where stock is supplied from an external warehouse or supplier.

If this happens, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, such as waiting for restock, choosing an alternative product, or receiving a refund.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, or other remedy depending on the circumstances. Australian businesses also need to supply products or services within the agreed time or, if no time is agreed, within a reasonable time.
