Returns Policy

All returns must be approved by Reels and Wheels before any goods are sent back.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Return Eligibility

Short shipments, incorrect items, or damaged goods must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns for change of mind or ordering errors may be accepted at our discretion, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Returns cannot be accepted more than 30 days after the invoice date.

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking and handling fee of up to 20%, depending on the condition of the goods and the reason for the return.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by Reels and Wheels or the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged on arrival.

Important Notes

Items must not be returned without prior approval.

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
